We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join a hospital-based outpatient clinic in Vinton, IA

This full-time position provides an exciting opportunity for both new graduates and experienced professionals. The position offers flexible scheduling with the option to work part-time or full-time. The clinic serves a diverse patient population with outpatient care, inpatient, Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), and some home health services, allowing you to broaden your clinical expertise.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess and Treat: Evaluate, treat, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients in our hospital-based outpatient clinic.
• Documentation: Complete thorough and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress.
• Collaboration: Work closely with patients, families, and physicians to provide comprehensive, coordinated care.
• Program Development: Plan, market, and develop new therapy programs tailored to meet the needs of the community.
• Education: Lead in-service educational sessions for fellow staff therapists to foster knowledge-sharing.
• Operations Support: Assist in the general operation and smooth running of the therapy department.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's (B.A., B.S.), Master's (M.A., M.S.), or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy.
• Licensure: Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program and must possess or be eligible for state licensure in Iowa.
• Skills: Strong communication skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
