Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our hospital-based outpatient clinic in Vinton, Iowa. This is an exciting opportunity for both new graduates and experienced professionals to grow their clinical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, treat, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients in our outpatient clinic.
• Document patient evaluations, treatments, and progress accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and physicians to provide comprehensive care.
• Plan, market, and develop new therapy programs tailored to meet the community needs.
• Lead educational sessions for staff therapists to foster knowledge-sharing.

Salary: Estimated $85,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus competitive benefits package.

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's (B.A., B.S.), Master's (M.A., M.S.), or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy. You must also possess or be eligible for state licensure in Iowa. Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care are essential.
