- Work with Integration Lead to ensure all installation teams are properly prepared for the deployment phase of the projects, including preparation of site shipments, on-site delivery and integration task planning, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
- Ensure Integration team is following best practices and be responsible for completing pre-installation, pre-commissioning and closeout checklists.
- Provide support to the Director of Integration at times of high project workload or time away.
- Become an expert user of all software applications required to perform the role including AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel, and Wrike task & resource management software.
- Establish and foster relationships with client stakeholders, providing timely and concise communication on project status, changes, and escalations.
