Responsibilities
  • Prospect and engage with business owners and decision-makers to introduce Workplace Solutions' Telemarketing Service.
  • Develop tailored presentations that highlight how the service can help clients generate leads and grow their business.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage a pipeline of prospects, close new business deals, and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new clients and ensure seamless integration into the telemarketing service.
  • Provide ongoing support and act as the primary point of contact for your clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and telemarketing best practices to effectively communicate the value of the service.

Requirements
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in telemarketing services, lead generation, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
  • A goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage leads and accounts is a plus.
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
