Sr Process Engineer

Skills
- PhD degree preferred
- 5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience or knowledge in optical, lasers, software, robotics, precision mechanics, or chemicals
- Knowledge of Linux operating system preferred for troubleshooting
- Hands-on mechanical skills preferred
- Experience with electronic testing tools required
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively under challenging situations
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and communication abilities
- Customer support experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide support for equipment process qualification, development, and improvement projects
- Establish new wafer fabrication process technology for semiconductor device manufacturing
- Design and conduct tests, analyze and present data and conclusions
- Collaborate with experts to enhance the manufacturing process
- Perform evaluations on new hardware and software
- Identify issues and collaborate with the Canon team for resolutions
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external review
- Interact with customers with limited supervision
Qualifications
- 5 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge and experience in photolithography equipment
- Experience in a support role for semiconductor manufacturing processes
Education Requirements
- PhD degree preferred
- Masters or Bachelors degree in a related field may be acceptable
Education Requirements Credential Category
- Doctoral degree preferred
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor process engineering
- Experience in photolithography systems and processes is required
