  • Education and/or experience with processing, developing, and characterizing thin films deposited in plasma-enhanced ALD or plasma-enhanced CVD.
  • Experience with semiconductor device applications, vacuum techniques, film characterization and metrology techniques, and thin film ALD deposition processes and equipment.
  • Prior experience with ASM ALD, PEALD, PECVD, Epitaxy, or Vertical Furnace LPCVD equipment is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate advanced technical concepts.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Able to travel, as necessary, to Japan and Korea for training and technical engagement, as well as to customer sites, as needed.
