Position Overview: We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Indiana team in a hybrid role that includes both in-home client care and remote work. This part-time, hourly position offers the opportunity to transition to a full-time, salaried role based on performance and growth within the company. As a BCBA, you will play a key role in developing individualized treatment plans, monitoring client progress, and collaborating with families to ensure the best possible care. You will also provide supervision and guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement individualized ABA treatment plans for children in their homes.
  • Conduct assessments, analyze data, and track client progress to make informed decisions about treatment.
  • Provide direct supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians in their work with clients.
  • Partner with families and other professionals to provide holistic and coordinated care.
  • Maintain up-to-date, accurate documentation of treatment plans, progress reports, and client assessments.
  • Stay current on the latest ABA research and methodologies to improve treatment outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing ABA treatment plans.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously in both remote and in-home settings.
  • Experience working with diverse client populations is preferred.
