ABA Specialist

Welcome to Great Expectations ABA LLC, where we provide comprehensive autism therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorder

As an Autism Therapist, you will be responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your primary goal will be to help clients develop essential life skills and improve their overall quality of life.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Directly implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans.
• Work collaboratively with the lead BCBA and other staff members to ensure clients' success.
• Conduct client assessments as directed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions.

**About You:**

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of 40 hours of RBT training and passed exam.
• Passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder.
