About the Role:


As Clinic Director, youll balance a small caseload of clients (about 1520 per week) while overseeing the clinics performance and daily operations. Youll collaborate closely with the Clinic Owner to manage and grow the clinic, develop business strategies, and lead a team of skilled therapists.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, develop and manage the performance and development of a diverse team of therapists.
  • Growth: Set business goals, track clinic performance, and build community partnerships.
  • Operations: Oversee and manage clinician schedules, caseloads and productivity, lead team meetings, and promote/maintain clinic efficiency.
The Clinic Owner and Clinic Biller handle most client billing and insurance matters, so you can focus on leading the team and driving clinic success and growth.

What Youll Bring:


  • Education: Masters degree or higher in a mental health field.
  • License: Independent clinical license in Michigan (LPC, LMSW, LP).
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Experience: Knowledge of state regulations, HR principles, and EHR systems.
Preferred Qualifications:


  • Proven success in recruiting and managing a team therapists
  • Experience building referral partnerships
  • Board-approved supervisor status.
  • Experience with contracting, credentialing, and third-party billing..
