The Role:

We're looking for a results-driven strategic sales lead to take the reins on sales across B2B and broker/partnership networks. You'll be responsible for selling Member Resources and Cate to groups and brokers. This is an opportunity to build a sales operation from the ground up with the potential to develop and lead a larger team as we grow.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue across all channels: group and broker/partnership networks.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals across B2B and with brokers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with group clients, brokers and partners to drive consistent sales and partnership growth.
  • Leverage CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales performance, ensuring visibility into the sales pipeline.
  • Provide input on marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition, aligning sales and marketing efforts for maximum impact.
  • Set, hit (and exceed) sales targets, unlocking commission and bonus opportunities along the way.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, and understand customer needs to help refine product offerings.
  • Develop into a larger leadership role as the company scales, with the potential to grow a sales team.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven sales experience in B2B. Experience in legal services, insurance or employee benefits is a big plus
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets and strong understanding of sales cycles in different channels.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor pitches to different audiences (groups, brokers, direct customers.)
  • Self-motivated and ambitious, with the drive to build a successful sales function from scratch.
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule while still being a collaborative team player.
  • Must reside in NJ, NY (Manhattan or boroughs) or CT for travel to try-state business meetings.
