Rate Tracker is seeing a creative and strategic in-house Marketing Strategist to join our team. This role is responsible for developing high-quality marketing collateral, managing social media channels, enhancing our website, executing SEO strategies, and exploring digital advertising avenues. The Marketing Specialist interacts with others in the organization on behalf of the company to meet marketing and clients needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking, traffic, and conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content, meta tags, and headers for relevant search terms.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics and SEO software to track performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Digital Advertising
- Research and identify potential digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) that align with company goals.
- Create and manage advertising campaigns, ensuring they are targeted effectively to reach desired audiences.
- Track and analyze the ROI of advertising efforts, adjusting strategies based on performance metrics and insights.
- Social Media Management
- Create, curate, and schedule content for all social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
- Monitor social media trends, engage with followers, and respond to inquiries or comments to boost engagement.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and attract potential clients.
- CRM Management
- Ensure the CRM is updated with the latest client and prospect information to support marketing efforts.
- Analyze CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in marketing and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and sales efforts.
- Marketing Collateral Creation
- Develop and design various marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, email templates, one-pagers, and digital ads.
- Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent tone and visual style.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to develop customized assets that support sales and client acquisition.
- Website Design and Management
- Maintain and update the company website with relevant and engaging content.
- Collaborate with internal teams to highlight new products, services, case studies, and client testimonials on the website.
- Manage the websites layout, design, and user experience to ensure a professional and engaging look and feel.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, digital media, or related fields, ideally within a B2B environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) or other design software.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, and SEO tools.
- Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills with a high attention to detail.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and analytics tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented, self-starter, well organized, able to handle multiple projects at any given time, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment independently or on a team as needed
