Job Overview

As a Luxury Bridal Sales Consultant at White House Bride, you will provide an unparalleled shopping experience for brides seeking the perfect gown. You’ll deliver personalized service and guidance, from the initial consultation to a bride’s final appointment ensuring each client feels supported and valued throughout their journey. This role demands a high level of emotional intelligence, fashion expertise, and dedication to creating a memorable, luxurious experience for each client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Consultations: Conduct personalized bridal consultations, listening attentively to each bride’s vision, preferences, and budget. Provide expert styling advice and showcase suitable gown options.
  • Sales Excellence: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by building strong client relationships and offering exceptional service tailored to each bride's needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our collections, designers, materials, and customization options. Communicate product features and benefits effectively to clients.
  • Fittings and Alterations Coordination: Coordinate gown fittings, alterations, and customizations in collaboration with in-house tailors or recommended specialists to ensure a perfect fit.
  • Boutique Maintenance: Ensure the showroom is pristine and reflective of the luxury brand image. Arrange merchandise, gowns, and accessories to optimize visual appeal. Merchandise mannequins with designer dresses to showcase in windows.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with clients through pre-qualification and follow-up communication, thank-you notes, and updates on new collections or services.
  • Event Assistance: Participate in in-store events, trunk shows, and promotional events to engage new clients and enhance the boutique’s reputation.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with other consultants, store managers, seamstresses and support staff to maintain seamless operations and a cohesive client experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of retail or sales experience in luxury fashion, bridal, or a related field. Bridal experience is a strong plus.
  • Fashion Expertise: Strong knowledge of bridal trends, fabrics, and styling techniques. Keen eye for detail and style.
  • Customer Service Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering high-quality, personalized service.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Ability to build rapport and foster client relationships.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational abilities, especially during peak seasons and events.
  • Emotional Intelligence: Ability to empathize, listen, and handle sensitive situations with grace and tact. A calm, reassuring demeanor under pressure.
