Job DescriptionJob Description

Our firm is seeking a receptionist to join our office in the Galleria area. You must have at least THREE (3) years of prior receptionist experience.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls
  • Transfer calls to the appropriate contacts
  • Greet customers upon arrival at the office
  • Handle all inbound and outbound mail including FedEx deliveries and shipments

**Handle other office duties as they arise**

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven knowledge of Microsoft Applications
  • Solid understanding of Answering Inbound calls professionally
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent phone etiquette and ability to establish rapport with diverse clientele
  • Strong organization skills with a sense of urgency and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks
  • Customer service and office administrative skills

Minimum Qualifications

  • MUST be Bilingual
