Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist doctors with patient care and treatments.
  • Learn to perform X-rays (no prior experience needed—we’ll provide training).
  • Support the new patient admission process, ensuring all forms, introductions, and questions are handled seamlessly.
  • Help with administrative tasks, such as patient follow-ups, and maintaining organized records.
  • Provide translation and interpretation services for patients who may need language support, ensuring clear communication and an exceptional patient experience.
  • Handle miscellaneous office tasks.
  • Ensure every patient feels welcomed and cared for.
  • Maintain high standards of organization, punctuality, and communication.

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant Program.
  • Outgoing, friendly personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in english and spanish (written and spoken).
  • Must thrive in the mornings—our team starts early
