We are seeking a CSR - Veterinary Receptionist to join our team You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Help cleints with their pet insurance policies
• Help throughout the clinic in different aspects including cleaning

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience using Ezyvet Software
• Proficient in Wrod, Excel and Adobe
• Multitask

We do however offer a wide variety of services including, the basics such as vaccines, as well as Orthopedic Surgery, Oral Surgery, CT Scan, Laparoscopy, Platelet-Rich plasma, Stem Cell Therapy, Cold Laser Therapy, Non Anesthtic dental cleaning.Company DescriptionWe are a small hospital with a small staff.
