Customer Service Representative

Jim's Formal Wear (JFW), the nation's largest formal wear rental wholesaler, is seeking a Bilingual English/Spanish Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a CSR, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, guiding them through our products and services, and ensuring their formal wear experience is seamless and memorable.

We are looking for enthusiastic and organized professionals who thrive in both independent and team settings, excel under pressure, and maintain a patient, customer-focused demeanor.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with order processing across multiple communication channels (phone, chat, email).
  • Provide expert guidance on formal wear styles, sizing, and product options.
  • Respond to inquiries about shipments, returns, and billing with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Accurately record call and order activity in our customer database.
  • erform office tasks as needed while maintaining productivity and service quality standards.

Qualifications
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Spanish (required).
  • Previous experience in formal wear or the apparel industry (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to relay information clearly and concisely.
  • Professional phone and chat etiquette with excellent listening skills.
  • Proficient in using computers, typing, and standard office equipment.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a service-focused role, such as retail, hospitality, call centers, or receptionist work.
  • Availability to work 32-40 hours per week, including some evenings, Saturdays, and seasonal overtime.
