Account Manager

US Health is seeking an Account Manager for clients that are utilizing our health insurance products. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience in an insurance carrier, insurance broker, TPA or similar. This job requires a Health and Life Insurance License and working knowledge of group health plans.
Qualifications:
This position is for our home office in Thiensville, WI, a northern suburb of Milwaukee, and can be remote for the right candidate.
- Self starter, vocal and assertive, someone comfortable and experienced leading a business conversation
- Ability to confidently and independently demonstrate web based programs and products.
- Health and Life Insurance License
- Four Year Degree in business, sales, or similar.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in an insurance environment onboarding agents or groups, interfacing with organizations and vendors, presenting programs and products.
- Excellent skills using personal computer programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Excellent skils using onboarding tool such as e123 or similar enrollment programs
- Familiarity with Gantt project management processes
- Demonstrated ability to work with all groups of people within a corporate or municipal environment
- Excellent written and verbal skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationship(s), provide support as required for assigned accounts
- Analyze data such as health, pharmacy, retention and attraction trends
- Implement programs to meet the needs of the client, facilitate internal and external communications with the client
- Program development or upkeep of training and education programs for agents
- Participation in the sales process by demonstrating applications, implementation processes, and presenting follow-up programs to potential clients
- Using agency and enrollment programs such as e123, maintain records and build programs
- Help develop procedures and processes to improve the operation of the organization
- Help develop promotional materials for client and participant communication
- Field questions regarding company programs and provide training, new program roll-out, troubleshooting technology issues from users.
- Provide training to clients on company programs and processes
- Light travel as required
