Job Description Job Description

Sunland Nutrition, Inc. is a supplier of premium nutritional ingredients based in Aliso Viejo, CA. We are looking for a careful forklift operator/warehouse worker to assist with warehouse operation and support the shipping and receiving of products. You will be operating a forklift with the utmost care to ensure efficiency and safety. Your job could involve driving around warehouses, storage spaces, and other facilities. You must be a responsible individual with great experience in driving industrial vehicles. The goal will be to ensure that material and products will always be at the right place to achieve maximum efficiency.

Qualification:

  • Experienced with working in warehouses; familiar with operating Forklift, Pallet Jacks, and other material handling equipment.
  • Forklift Certificated (Preferred)
  • Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment
  • Excellent physical condition and coordination

Responsibilities

  • Assist warehouse operation and other areas assigned
  • Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places
  • Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
  • Receive, pick up, store and organize warehouse inventory
  • Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
  • Prepare, pack up and complete orders for pickup or delivery according to schedule
  • Operate warehouse equipment, rotate floor stock, move and stack materials.
  • Must be able to lift and/or move 50+lbs
  • Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Follow standard warehousing practices. Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
  • Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Forklift: 1 year (Required)
