The bakery is open 7 days / week 7:30am - 5pm (Monday - Friday) and 8am -5pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Which makes it the perfect place for individuals looking for part time or full time hours and / or flexibility.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Responsible for assisting the bakery & culinary department in execution of daily tasks for operating the cafe kitchen. 

  2. Assist in organizing and cleaning pastry preparation and pantry areas to maintain established par stocks, prep levels, efficient production, appearance and health code standards.

  3. Ensure beautiful and superior quality baked goods, breads, cakes, and desserts, among others. 

  4. Assist in ensuring all food preparation supplies are properly ordered, received, handled and stored.

  5. Maintain consistency of product with great attention to food quality, taste and presentation.

  6. Ensure all pastry and cold food preparation and plate presentation according to established specifications while caring enough to do it well by adhering to the Sanitary Commitments. 

  7. Perform additional duties as requested by the Chef Owners and/or Lead Pastry Associate.
