A dynamic, full-time Property Manager / Community Manager position is available at a Residential Property Management company in SE Denver. We seek a positive, hard-working, intelligent, professional, and highly motivated team player with excellent leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to drive up occupancy. We want to add a "rock star" to our top-notch team, and we're excited to help you grow and develop in your career

The apartment community is 550+ units. MARKET RATE GARDEN-STYLE APARTMENT COMMUNITY—

Qualifications / Requirements for this position included:

  • 4+ years of property management experience required over 500 units
  • Leader of a large staff 10+
  • Resident Retention, work orders, tenant follow-up
  • Exceptional Customer Service required
  • Ability to grow occupancy
  • Excellent communication and organization skills are necessary.
