Job DescriptionJob Description

Fiberglass Laminator

Responsibilities:

  • Daily production of fiberglass projects, including mold prep and maintenance, mold release treatment, gel coat applications, and fiberglass lamination of product
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion
  • Load and unload equipment and materials

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in fiberglass lamination or other related fields (1 year minimum)
  • Mold development a plus
  • Familiarity with hand/power tools and equipment
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
