About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Fiberglass Technician to join our team at Atomic 6 Carbon. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality fiberglass products are produced efficiently and effectively.

Main Responsibilities
  • Producing high-quality fiberglass products through effective use of equipment and techniques
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime
  • Loading and unloading equipment and materials as required
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year experience in fiberglass lamination or related field
  • Prior experience with mold development an advantage
  • Familiarity with hand/power tools and equipment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Benefits and Compensation

This role comes with a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, based on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) matching program.
