Job DescriptionJob Description

Seeking Accounts Payable representative responsible for processing vendor billing, project management payment requests, process payable transactions, validating vendor contract information, issuing internal payable reports and support to the accounting administrative department team.

include, but are not limited to the following:

· Posting and processing payments, timely and accurately

· Recording all transactions in Quickbooks

· Review, verify, code and enter all invoices and check request.

· Tracking and reconciling of all purchase orders.

· Processing entries in job cost and general ledger accounts.

· Maintaining compliance with various special vendor payment terms

· Assume tasks with the responsibility of resolving, and/or to assist in resolving, by being liaison between Management, IT, Vendors, as necessary.

· Manage multiple payment methods and currencies

· Reconciling, posting payments of corporate credit accounts

· Processing and running of reports

· Assist Accounting Manger

Qualified Accounts Payable Applicants Must Possess:

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong Excel experience.

· Good English verbal and written communication skills.

· Proficient in Quickbooks a Plus

· Effective planning and time management.

· Construction / Job Cost accounting experience preferred.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Self-starter with the ability to work in a team environment.

· Bilingual (English/Spanish)
