Client Service Associate

Job Description: We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our dynamic team in the financial services sector. This role is critical in maintaining our commitment to excellent service delivery by interacting with clients in an unlicensed capacity to address and resolve their needs efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate directly with clients to understand and service their financial needs.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services.
- Ensure client satisfaction and provide professional client support.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline service processes.
- Handle complex client complaints or issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software and strong computer skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Preferred:
- Experience working with Charles Schwab platforms.
- Familiarity with various annuity companies.
