Job Description:
The Bilingual On-Site Coordinator will support the recruitment and selection process for temporary employees. Key responsibilities include reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities. This position also involves representing United to clients with professionalism, courtesy, and expertise. The role requires active involvement in sourcing and recruiting efforts for assigned areas, ensuring the accurate maintenance of candidate data, and responding to inquiries promptly.

Specific duties include:

  • Assisting in the recruitment process by reviewing resumes, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinating and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Managing administrative tasks such as data entry and maintaining candidate information integrity.
  • Answering phone inquiries and directing calls appropriately.
  • Supporting the creation and completion of job descriptions.
  • Maintaining up-to-date documentation related to policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with local employment laws, including pre-employment screening and adherence to contractual and governmental regulations.
  • Escorting new external talent to their work area on the first day of the assignment.
  • Assisting in event coordination and representing United at events when necessary.
  • Preparing various reports and assisting with special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual Spanish proficiency is required
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2-years prior experience in the Staffing industry
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with an acute attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Positive, outgoing personality with a willingness to learn.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work non-standard business hours and occasional travel.
