As an Equipment Leasing Administrator, you will oversee lease transactions from start to finish, working with sales teams, customers, and leasing partners. Your attention to detail and financial acumen will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our leasing operations.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, documentation, and customer service. If you’ve worked as a personal banker, business banker, loan officer, or in a similar role, your skills and experience will align well with this opportunity

- Act as the primary contact for coordinating lease transactions between sales teams, customers, and leasing partners
- Process credit applications, secure lease approvals, and verify documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Audit lease agreements and ensure transactions are properly done
- Handle inquiries related to insurance documentation, account servicing, and lease-related processes
- Maintain and organize leasing portfolios
- Structure leasing transactions to meet customer needs and company requirements
- Coordinate buyout information, equipment returns, and collaborate with internal teams
- Experience in Financial Services: Background in banking, personal/business loans, or mortgage services is highly preferred
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to ensure accuracy and compliance in documentation and processes
- Customer-Focused: Strong ability to address customer inquiries and build positive relationships
- Strong Multitasking Skills: Proven experience managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field (preferred but not required)
