Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$24 - $30 per hour + $2 off shift pay differential

What’s a typical day as a Quality Inspector? You’ll be:

  • Reading and interpreting blueprints to understand required tolerances and critical dimensions, reporting to the Quality Control Manager.
  • Performing visual inspections to check for surface defects, blemishes, and inconsistencies on parts.
  • Conducting dimensional inspections using precision measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to verify precise dimensions.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Are proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings/blueprints and have knowledge of GD&T principles.
  • Possess experience with precision measuring instruments and a strong understanding of aerospace industry quality standards.
