Location: Leeward area (preferred)
Hours: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Mon - Fri (Ability to work on Saturdays a plus)

Report to: Office Manager
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and customer service-oriented Office Admin Assistant to join our CPA firm. The candidate will be responsible for performing a range of general office tasks, light secretarial duties, and light bookkeeping. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is necessary, and training will be provided.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
Perform light bookkeeping tasks as needed
Organize and schedule appointments for clients via phone
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Create and maintain records using Microsoft Excel and other software
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence using Microsoft Outlook
Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to learn new software and processes
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Leeward resident preferred, but not required
Ability to work Saturdays is a plus
Familiarity with bookkeeping and accounting principles is a plus
