Human Resource/Payroll

This position will train for up to 30 days with current Human Resource Manager in order to fill in for a three-month leave.
This is a part time opening, up to 30 hours/week.
Human Resource Generalist Essential Duties:
- Recruit, screen, and assist managers in interviewing qualified applicants
- Assist with Safety, backup all accident investigations
- Administer programs such as insurance, vacation, leave of absence, performance reviews, etc
- Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee issues, knowing legal issues
- Plan and conducts new employee orientation
- Process and submit payroll using ADP
Human Resource Generalist Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
- 2 or more years experience as human resources generalist
- Prior use of ADP payroll
- **Ability to fulfill four month contract that would begin in January**
