Compensation and Payroll Coordinator

Citizens Bank in Wisconsin is seeking a highly organized Compensation and Payroll Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This role is responsible for coordinating compensation and payroll activities, including preparing and disbursing payroll, salary adjustments, payroll taxes, and year-end process.
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $55,000 to $75,000 based on experience and qualifications.
Key responsibilities include ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing; preparing and maintaining time and attendance records; and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Required skills and qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; two to four years of related experience; accounting and GL experience; and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and payroll software, such as ADP.
