We are actively seeking a dynamic Crane Inspection Coordinator to join our rapidly growing Eastern Region team Located out of our Louisville location, this position is responsible for managing the Crane Inspection Program, assisting in leading the workflow in the inspection dispatch function, and providing support as needed to the service department. Position Responsibilities:

  • Maintain all crane inspection records so that they are accurate and current.
  • Assist in monitoring workflow for the regional service dispatch team, ensure all jobs are being done as required.
  • Respond to phone calls from customers, roadmen, vendors and internal employees.
  • Stay in contact with customers and inform them of any changes in the schedule.
  • Issue repair orders for new jobs or units that are scheduled for maintenance and order parts if any are needed.
  • Issue purchase orders to vendors for miscellaneous purchases needed to complete jobs (non-parts).
  • Expedite items ordered on purchase orders through vendors. If there are parts on order through the Parts department, maintain contact with Parts department to ensure timely receipt of parts.
  • Review Open Order Analysis weekly to ensure all jobs are on schedule and closed and invoiced as soon as they are finished.
  • Data entry of all CI contracts, machine line cards and updates.
  • Schedule and dispatch all field service techs assigned to you.
  • Process and post all outside repair invoices.
  • Back-up the process of dispatching or assisting road technicians if needed.
  • Back-up the process of preparing work orders for closeout if needed.
  • Perform projects as requested by Service Manager.

  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
  • Display ability to grow into a possible supervisory or lead role for service dispatch.
  • Excellent telephone and customer service techniques.
  • Strong computer proficiency.
  • Commitment to company vision and mission.
