The Opportunity:

In this position, you will lead our efforts in developing and managing our Human Resource Department as well as supporting the office staff with basic accounting functions.

  1. Manages corporate compliance
  2. Renews corporate permits and licenses
  3. Processes new hire and termination documentation and maintains employee records.
  4. Manages Employee training and certifications
  5. Payroll
  6. Benefit Handling
  7. Enforces company policies and promotes a positive company culture
  8. Handles Insurance, including workers compensation
  9. Performs basic accounting functions
  10. Other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking an experienced professional (minimum of 3 years of experience) to join our team as a Human Resource Generalist.  The ideal candidate for this role is someone with experience overseeing Insurance plans, maintaining corporate compliance, company policies, basic accounting and an amazing team support attitude.

Salary: $70,000 per year. The schedule would be 40 hours a week. Monday- Friday. The job will be on-site at the corporate site in North Aurora, IL.
