Accountable to Marketing and Sales activities including but not limited to event trade shows coordination, night market planning, new sales leads development and pursuits, new products prospecting, data analytics supporting sales and marketing opportunities and strategies.

Sales Team Lead
1.          Development of Sales channels (creating presentations, follow up with buyers, follow up with new potential customers).  Working with our broker teams on new pursuits, new products, and new registration and item forms for main distributors UNFI, KEHE, C&S, etc.
2.          Development of planning and strategy to managing retail channels through our brokers and distributors networks. Including but not limited to, planning, broker management, account management, client management, client meetings, trade shows, promotional and marketing activities, presentations, deal sheets, one page ads, and day to day operations of PO, invoicing, managing communications.
3.          Inputs into new products development team for new opportunities and products we should launch and Inventory Controls to maintain current stock levels for promotions and future expansions and daily sales demand.
4.          Sales analytics and marketing insights – based on our sales data analyze the POS sales and help make better marketing decisions and sales analytics.  We subscribe to several sales POS data and we get sales data from our customers and partners.
5.          Marketing Events coordination (we have a lot of events throughout the USA each year and we are looking for someone to help manage this program to prepare, present, and take followups from the events).  Trade shows and Distributor table top shows as well as night market and festival activations.
6.          Coordination of all marketing concepts and campaigns with our marketing vendors and ensuring they are informed and execute our marketing plans correctly. (working with marketing team)
7.          Creating all supporting marketing material for all trade shows and events: poster, banners, postcards, flyers, etc. (working with marketing team)
8.          Night Market Events planning – we have several night market events each year and we have a team that helps with these from the office side we need to help with coordination SOP and processes.

Prerequisite:
  1. Previous experience in related industry (sales, marketing, event planner).
  2. College graduate.
  3. MSFT office proficient (EXCEL, POWERPOINT).
