Description

We're looking for a Project Coordinator, working in the Financial Services industry in Alpharetta, Georgia, United States.

  • Aid project managers to ensure projects are carried out according to plan.
  • Assist in the daily coordination of projects and serve as liaisons between project management and planning, project teams, and line management.
  • Draft reports for project managers that include scheduling and budget information, tasks, risks, issues, and deliverables.
  • Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
  • Assess project issues and assist with the development of resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as arranging meetings, developing agendas, preparing status reports, and preparing site visits and travel plans.
Experience Required for Your Success

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Typically no relevant experience required
  • Experience using excel and google sheets preferred
