B2B Sales Project Manager

We are looking to add to our Sports Marketing Team
- This is an Entry Level, Inside Sales (B2B) position.
- We are in the golf industry and annually we do about $70,000,000 in sales.
- Get into an industry that is thriving during these times - The GOLF INDUSTRY is up 26% because of the pandemic. There is money to be made in this industry
- We have the highest compensation package for our industry, in our area
*Sales experience and golf knowledge is a plus, but not required.

What We Offer:
- Paid training
- Guaranteed base salary
- Uncapped commission
- Cash bonuses that are daily ($100-$200/day+)
- Additional perks and spiffs
- Our year 1 sales reps make $60,000-$75,000+
- Top earners make $250,000+
- Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
- NO nights, NO weekends
- Room for growth - we only promote from within (sales managers, trainers, HR, National Recruiters, compliance team, etc.).

Qualifications:
- Must be self-motivated and self-directed
- Must be a teachable/coachable
- Comfortable talking to new people
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- Possesses an energetic + outgoing + friendly demeanor
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
- Basic computer skills
*If you've had experience in the restaurant/service industry (waiter or bartender), or as barista, those all translate well to an Inside Sales Position
