Job info:
  • Set up and operate machines to produce metal components used in industries like automotive, aerospace, and construction.
  • Handle custom tooling and die setups, ensuring machines meet precise specifications.
  • Troubleshoot machine issues in real-time to maintain efficiency and product quality.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team to achieve daily production targets while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
  • Perform some heavy lifting and hands-on tasks to keep the production process running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience with metal stamping, slitting, or brake press machines is a plus. Experience with setups is ideal, but we are willing to train those with the right mechanical aptitude and attitude.
  • Mechanical background, able to read blueprints and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with others and communicate clearly within a team environment.
  • Comfortable with physical tasks, including some heavy lifting.
