Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
  • Days 8a-8p: $21.50
  • Nights 8p-8a $23

What’s a typical day as a Machine Operator? You’ll be:
  • Set up and operate a Lamination, Plastic Injection, or Adhesive machine to meet production goals.
  • Cut plastic sheet cores to length, trim waste material, and trim and finish laminate roles in accordance of the work instructions.
  • Use a forklift/hoist to load and unload materials into the machines.
  • Performing routine operational duties and general maintenance to ensure smooth production processes.
  • Achieving line standards while maintaining high quality and safety protocols.
Completing and maintaining daily production and quality reports to track performance.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Have 3-4 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in plastics or adhesives
  • Having a mechanical aptitude is a plus.
  • Are able to work all shifts and perform overtime as needed.
  • Possess basic skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, and can effectively read and interpret safety and operating instructions.
