Customer Service Representative – Backflow Testing Company

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails from customers regarding backflow testing services.

  • Schedule appointments, process payments, and provide accurate information to customers.

  • Enter and update customer information with precision while navigating multiple systems.

  • Handle a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless scheduling and service delivery.
