Job DescriptionJob DescriptionExciting opportunity as a Financial Analyst Lead for an organization that is dedicated to customer service and fosters technological innovation in the Fort Worth, TX area.
The successful Financial Analyst Lead will analyze and interpret financial and operational data, support Senior leadership with timely insights, and lead a Financial Analyst team member.

Location: Fort Worth, TX
Pay Range:  $77.00/hour to $90.00/hour (Depending on experience)

Responsibilities:
  • Develop budgets, forecasting models, and profitability analyses, identifying key drivers impacting revenue and expenses.
  • Work closely with department leaders to provide advisory support on budgets, accounting, and financial procedures.
  • Enhance financial modeling processes for efficiency and accuracy
  • Manage, coach, and develop a direct report, fostering growth and collaboration
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience
  • Exceptional analytical and creative thinking abilities
  • Proficiency in interpreting and presenting financial data to various levels of management
  • Advance user level with technology
