Our client, a leader in the aviation industry, is seeking a Financial Analyst Lead to join their team. As a Financial Analyst Lead, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Financial Analyst Lead

Location: Onsite, Fort Worth, TX

Pay Range: $80 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Lead teammates in coordinating company reports including weekly and monthly financial results and presentations for the Senior Leadership team.

  • Investigate and explain operational and financial variances to budget.

  • Act as a key influencer on initiatives that improve profitability.

  • Provide advisory support to assigned departments on matters pertaining to budget, accounting, and related financial issues and procedures.

  • Develop and maintain financial budget and forecasting models.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics preferred.

  • 8-10 years of experience, preferably in Defense.

  • Strong verbal and written presentation skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead teammates.

  • Proven ability to overcome obstacles and achieve results.
