Job Summary:

The Regional Account Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth on large major construction projects. This role will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the construction industry and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

MUST HAVE: Proven experience in sales within the construction industry, preferably in staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for large construction projects.

- Identify and target potential clients, partners, and stakeholders within the region.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

 

Relationship Building:

- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, contractors, and project managers.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support.

- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance company visibility and build a robust network.

 

Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.

- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.

- Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.

 

Client Management:

- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns, providing timely updates, and delivering on commitments.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and staffing solutions.

- Gather feedback from clients to continuously improve services and address any issues promptly.

 

Reporting and Analysis:**

- Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.

- Provide regular updates to senior management on sales activities, pipeline, and opportunities.

- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.

- Proven experience in sales within the construction industry, preferably in staffing solutions.

- Strong network of contacts within the construction sector.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Results-driven with a proactive approach to identifying and securing new business.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
