You will bring expertise in building Sales Operations teams throughout your career. You have supported sales teams with different go-to-market strategies and product offerings, creating efficiencies within the process using sales analytics while building scalable solutions.
The Impact You Will Have:
As a Director of Sales Operations, you will spearhead our sales strategy and process improvement to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization. You will be the strategic communicator between our executive Sales Leaders and the Sales Ops team, continuously improving all pipeline and sales analytics, reporting, and dashboards for strategic decision-making by QTS Sales leadership.
What You Will Do:
- Oversee core sales operations people, process, and technology while driving sales ops strategy to enhance the Sales team.
- Evaluate and enhance sales processes, systems, and reporting for improved efficiency and effectiveness on deal conversion, deal cycle time, and pipeline forecasting.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that align with business objectives and maximize sales organization effectiveness.
- Analyze large data sets for trends and insights, defining key performance metrics, and providing actionable recommendations.
- Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with various departments for successful project delivery and strategy implementation.
- Manage quota and commission planning with the Sales team and oversee commission plan monthly execution.
- Implement and build best practices within the Sales Ops team.
- Drive process improvement on cross-functional processes, such as quote to cash, renewal, lead generation, and managing reseller channels.
- Hire and build a Sales Ops team that leverages operational best practices.
What You Will Need to be Successful:
- 10+ years of experience in sales operations roles.
- 5+ years leading sales ops teams within a growing organization.
- 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce and user productivity.
- Experience with performance management and commission applications.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; master’s degree in business administration preferred.
