Description

  1. Continuously seek opportunity for new customers or current customer expansion through cold calls, research, and customer visits.
  2. Responsible for initial customer contact and establishing if we are able to assist with their needs.
  3. Gain full understanding of customers’ requirements and needs through collaboration with Engineering, Operations, and Customers.
  4. Communicate Sales opportunities with Sales Lead and Sales Team.
  5. Build, maintain, and expand customer relationships.
  6. Continually work with Sales Team and production to discover more effective and efficient processes.
  7. Be knowledgeable about Perfecto’s current production capabilities.
  8. Demonstrate excellent communication in person, through email, and on the phone.
  9. Clearly communicate technical information to technical and non-technical users via email.
  10. Maintain communication with and provide guidance to the Sales Coordinator as needed.
  11. Demonstrate excellent organization and time management skills.
  12. Alignment with our Core Values.
  13. Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding our customers’ expectations.
  14. Provide customers and Sales Team with problem-solving expertise.
  15. Travel is necessary for this position (10-20%).

Requirements

  1. 5 years of Technical Sales and/or Engineering experience.
  2. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Machining, Engineering, or related business field or 5 years’ relevant experience.
  3. Maintain and improve technical knowledge through continued education and training.
  4. Quickly learn new systems and software as needed.
