Job Description To coordinate the recruitment, credentialing, appointment, and on-boarding process for full-time faculty. Responsible for state compliance training tracking and enforcement for newly appointed full-time faculty. Responsible for full-time emergency hire credentialing and appointment process and tracking. Responsible for tracking and records management for personnel and work authorization documents.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet critical deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of personal computers, Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365 Enterprise Software Tools (especially Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint), Adobe Acrobat
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and enter data in complex automated systems
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills
  • Ability to process routine administrative work with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret policy and procedures
