Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlace Your role at Clorox: As a Brand Experience Integrator, you will lead the integration between national & retail marketing plans within the One Demand Planning process and deliver Digital Shelves that drive growth for our business at retail. In this role, you will:
  • Lead national & retail marketing plans integration by partnering with Sales Planning, Shopper Experience and Media Lead to bring key retailer insights, retailer needs, and marketing capabilities to the ODP process during the planning & execution phases. Priority deliverables are National Shopper Plans and Leading Edge Retailers (LER) Plans
  • Serve as the SPOC for Sales Planning and Shopper Experience teams to ensure Customer Connected Planning discussions and business plans are being integrated into the One Demand Plans, Retailer needs are being met and National marketing plans are being communicated
  • Help lead ODP optimization meetings that enable real-time plan improvement. Surface learnings across priority LER partners and share relevant learnings with non-priority LERs to ensure optimization wherever possible
  • Establish ODP scorecard to measure the success of integrated planning
  • Own communication to Shopper Experience / the field on all Brand Experience (BX) initiatives through management of BX SharePoint
  • Lead commerce planning & activation (eg. IRCs, Fetch, digital coupons) within ODP by partnering with national commerce SME
  • Publish toolkits to Shopper Experience teams and ensure that the toolkits are meeting retailer teams’ needs
  • Own retail digital shelf/eComm content development & optimization by partnering closely with agency partners (internal & external), eComm content team & Shopper Experience leads.

  • 5+ years of retail marketing experience.
  • Preference to have 2+ years of media experience to help with integrated demand planning between national & retail teams
  • Strong understanding of the retailer landscape and preference for eCommerce experience
  • Shopper commerce / marketing background: understanding of retail commerce, marketing and media tools
  • Preference to have existing CPG experience or strong understanding of the CPG landscape

Education
  • BSc Marketing, Business or related experience.
