Your Responsibilities:
- Perform efficient and high-quality repairs and diagnostics on Nissan vehicles in accordance with dealership standards.
- Conduct test drives, use diagnostic tools, and evaluate vehicle components and systems.
- Diagnose and repair automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
- Collaborate with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed about additional service needs and provide time estimates for repairs.
- Execute warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
- Preferred ASE certifications.
- Strong automotive background and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- NH State Inspection License.
- Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies.
- Positive attitude and an eagerness to improve.
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues and be a good team player.
- Willingness to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures.
- 5-day work week (no Sundays).
