We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be an essential part of our daily operations, providing critical support to various departments and ensuring that the office runs smoothly. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Pay Range
$15.00 - $26.00 hourly
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
- Manage and organize incoming and outgoing mail
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist in preparing reports and documents as needed
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and reorder as necessary
- Provide general administrative support to various departments
High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an office clerk or similar role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
