Human Resources is accepting applications for the School Based Substitute Teacher position located at Barcroft Elementary School. School Based Substitute Teacher positions are benefit eligible.

  • APS cannot guarantee assignment availability.
Responsibilities:
  • Safety and Security of students is the number one priority.
  • Showing up on time to an assignment, in person or virtual.
  • Staying the entirety of the sub job that you signed up for.
  • Ensure students do not lose a day of learning by completing the teacher's instructions provided.
  • Partner with the main office if no plans are provided, to ensure students do not lose a day of learning.
Experience:
  • No experience needed, please see qualification requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Required Copy of Official/Unofficial College Transcripts with at least 30 credits
  • Recommended Two letters of Recommendation/Reference (professional or personal letters)
  • It is imperative to have a completed application to be eligible to be reviewed
