Key Responsibilities

  • Support project managers in all aspects of planning, budgeting, and execution.
  • Oversee daily project operations, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to maintain project specifications.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
  • Monitor and report project progress, addressing any challenges proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements on job sites.
  • Manage material procurement and inventory tracking.
  • Conduct inspections and quality control assessments to maintain project excellence.
  • Organize and lead weekly OAC meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and manage the distribution of all submittals.
  • Maintain, update, and distribute new project plans accurately.
  • Coordinate and ensure any changes are correct and complete before handing off to subcontractors.
  • Document and organize all changes to subcontractor deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 8 years proven experience in high end residential and luxury commercial construction with a strong focus on technical project management.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software; experience with Revit, Buildertrend, and Bluebeam preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Licenses/Certifications in OSHA, fall protection, and lifts are preferred but not mandatory.

Schedule

  • Full-time role, Monday - Friday from 8am - 4:30pm.

Work Location:

  • Primarily onsite at Ocean Point Development in office with bi-weekly site visits.
