X3 Sports, a fast growing, fun company and a leader in the fitness industry offering kickboxing, boxing, martial arts and sports training for both fitness & competition, is looking for energetic, goal-oriented, and fitness-minded front desk coordinators for our four metro-Atlanta locations.

The X3 Sports Front Desk Coordinator is the first and last person members and guests see and interact with the most. You must be friendly, helpful, and efficient with a positive attitude and a ready smile. Responsibilities of the X3 Sports Front Desk Coordinator include answering the phone and routing calls; greeting members and guests; opening and closing the club; addressing and rectifying member concerns; charging for miscellaneous purchases and fees; manning the front desk/reception area during specified shift/times; notating customer calls/actions to customer profiles; accurately using X3 Sports software; and providing exceptional customer service. Looking for fitness minded individuals with experience within the hospitality industry; knowledge and love of fitness, and experience with a POS system.

This is an entry-level position. Must be available to work evenings and weekends. Fulltime and part time shifts available. The typical part time weekly schedule offers plenty of opportunities to pick up additional shifts. NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. APPLICANTS MUST BE 18 OR OLDER

Please Note: Front Desk Team shifts include night and weekends with work hours between 5:45AM to 9PM Monday through Friday and 8AM to 3PM Saturday. Ensure you have this availability prior to applying for a position.
